Return Warranty

Bioaqua offers a 75% money return warranty on all products returned within 70 days of purchase. Bioaqua.pk care if you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you can return it and receive a refund of 75% of the purchase price.

This warranty is valid for all products purchased from the Bioaqua website or authorized retailers. To return a product, simply contact Bioaqua customer support and they will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that the following conditions apply to the Bioaqua 75% return warranty:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition.
• The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• The product must not be a custom-made or personalized item.
• The product must not be a sale item.
