FUCIBET CREAM is a combination of Betamethasone and Fusidic Acid that treats skin infections. Betamethasone blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen, and itchy. Fusidic acid inhibits the growth of bacteria by inhibiting the synthesis of proteins necessary for the bacteria to carry out important functions.

Before using this medicine, tell your doctor if you have heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease. Pregnant and lactating women should consult their doctors before using this medicine. The most common side effects are itching, dryness, redness, and burning sensation at the application site. Consult your doctor if any of the above side effects worsen or persist for a long time. Adverse effects • Dry skin • Skin sensitivity to light resulting in itching • Eczema • Itching • Skin irritation • Burning and stinging • Redness of the skin due to dilation of small blood vessels (erythema) • Rash • Rash skin (dermatitis) • Worsening of psoriasis. Drug interactions Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines. It is used to treat psoriasis vulgaris in adults on the skin. When not to use Do not use. There are erythrodermic, exfoliative and pustular (ask your doctor).
