Conjugated estrogens, also known as conjugated equine estrogens, are an estrogen drug used for menopausal hormone therapy and other purposes. They are marketed under the brand name Premarin, among others.
Instructions for Using Premarin Cream |

Insert the applicator high into the vagina and push the plunger to release the cream. |
Clean the applicator with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly. Do not boil or use hot water to clean the applicator. |
Dosage and Schedule |

Take the dose recommended by your healthcare provider. |
Schedule a check-up with a specialist vaginal doctor after using the cream twice. |
If you feel no effect, consult your doctor before increasing the dosage. |
Application Schedule |

Apply Premarin Cream twice a week or in a cyclic regimen of 21 days of therapy followed by 7 days off therapy. |
Apply four times per month for best results, using 3.4 grams each time. |
