Welcome to Bioaqua.pk. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you order.

An order is placed when you submit it on our website or confirm it with us by phone or WhatsApp.
You can cancel an order only before it has been dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible on phone/WhatsApp or at contact@bioaqua.pk.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We offer a seven-day return window, counted from the delivery date.
Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused and still sealed in its original packaging.
Opened, used or unsealed items cannot be returned, for hygiene and safety reasons.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

All products we sell are imported.
Prices and availability can change depending on international stock.
Product descriptions and images are based on manufacturer information. Packaging may differ slightly between batches.
If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund of any payment made.

We accept Cash on Delivery and direct bank transfer.
Bank details are shared only through our official WhatsApp number or phone number. Please don't send money to any other account.
Orders paid by direct bank transfer receive a 2% discount.

Please read the label and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before using a supplement.

Manufacturers are responsible for the formulation and labelling of their products.
To the extent permitted by law, Bioaqua.pk is not liable for reactions or outcomes that result from using a product against its label directions or without seeking medical advice for your condition.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.
