Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor medicine that has especially been developed for the treatment of premature ejaculation. It increases the time it takes to ejaculate and can improve the control over ejaculation. It starts to work very quickly, so it is taken when you anticipate having sex, rather than every day.
