Creatine + BCAAs By Thorne:
BCAAs help in the production of muscle protein and serve as the source of energy among the active muscles. It is a combination derived to aid the muscular endurance, lean body mass, and the post-exercise recovery besides assisting in eliminating the frequent post-exercise soreness. The formula contains the L-glutamine and sea salt (sodium) to balance amino acids intake with electrolytes intake during strenuous sessions.
The factors that lead to burnout and lack of concentration include chronic fatigue, tension in the muscles, and not being able to recover well. Vitamins such as the Thorne Creatine + BCAAs will be used to sustain energy, concentration and strength during the day.
