About Thorne's Recovery Pro:
It is the case with elite athletes, high school athletes, and weekend warriors alike, since they all need to rest, in order to be prepared to train tomorrow. It has 13 grams of whey protein and is also a good source of branched-chain amino acids to build muscle. RecoveryPro, the brainchild of Thorne, assists in calming the stress on the body and promoting beneficial sleep, in addition to maximizing muscle regeneration throughout the night.
Maximize your training and recovery with RecoveryPro, a blend of whey protein, tryptophan, magnesium bisglycinate, and PharmaGABA® that promotes restful sleep and optimizes recovery in a great-tasting chocolate-flavored powder.
The more one sleeps, the more one recovers. RecoveryPro® enhances recovery by increasing muscle repair by improving restful sleep and preventing athletes from entering the state of being over- or under-recovered after intensive blocks of training. The need to be fully recovered is similar for elite athletes, high school athletes, and weekend warriors; all of them need to be in a position to be ready to train again tomorrow.
